Let's not get too vitriolic about Planned Parenthood. When a woman does not have health insurance or the money to pay in cash, Planned Parenthood offers very affordable and clean services that they otherwise would not be able to get. And Im not talking about abortions, Im talking basic gynocology. If it wasn't for Planned Parenthood, my better half would not have been able to get these services when we weren't able to afford them. Spending $150 for a mere examination by a private doc when you don't make a hill of beans and you have no health insurance is not much of an option.

We can disagree about some of their practices, but also recognize that they perform a commendable service for those that can't afford basic health as well.
