I agree with your observations, but I would caution about the cell phone manufacturers. They do have one avenue of growth that may come to fruition. If/when traditional cell phones are banned while driving, cell phone manufacturers could get a boost in sales and possibly margins through hands free systems.

It makes you wonder if the cell phone manufacturers were originally lobbying against the driving with cell phone ban and now that they have saturated the market if they will start lobbying for a ban...
