How can Joe reform the agreements? He is only a consultant. Anyway, this guy knows nothing about the telecommunication, or management for that matter, so why would you want him negotiating with Sprint and Fujitsu. Those guys would chew Lanza up and spit him out. Considering the first deal, I wouldn't be surprised if he was the lead guy for Xecom. Dan
