Milo, <PB promised VOLUMES of 1+Ghz P///'s and faster.> You're being very unfair to him. To me, the word "promise" is a very strong word, and I never got that impression from PB. He may have conveyed the impression that Intel's GHz CPUs would hit real volumes sooner than they did in 2000. Yet I don't see that as anything different that the impression many people give on this thread that AMD can walk on water (tm Chuck?). In the end, it all boils down to opinion passed off as fact. This may be acceptable for Internet discussion forums. Heck, it seems to be acceptable for Wall Street analysts as well. But it sure as heck isn't acceptable for a reputable journal like EBN. <I can hold him accountable for what he said just like you do to others as well.> Please do.
