no i use something similar to decision point, but don't count the sector funds only the switching funds and find a bullish % of money, giving a little extra weighting to leveraged funds. at the bubble tops in march, july and sept, the ratio peaked at 80%, at the bottoms in march, april and now they have gotten as low as 37% on april 4th, yesterday it got to 42%.
