re:I don't know what went into the decision not to warn, but if they reported in the middle of the quarter that their sales are going to be down some 50%, based on the information at hand (minus the June surge), the stock would have been in the single digits. In the situation they were in, no matter what they did, they would have people screaming bloody murder. From the perspective of managing the stock price, I think they did well. It was a very risky move on their part. If the sales in June did not materialize, we would be witnessing a disaster today.

Sure made for a nice selling opportunity for insiders though.

Weren't there a ton of filings in early May?
