I wondered because in our family salmon and olive
oil are beneficial - I have two family members with
heart/cholesterol problems - almost the opposite of
you.

But I really admire what you have been able to
do in your household. I know it cannot have been
easy to completely reverse a life time eating habit.
Not only will Clappy benefit, but your kids must
radiate!!
