Well, I'm glad you accept some responsibility for your over-optimism of two years ago, but taking it all upon yourself and holding the company completely blameless in light of the press barrage they had going at the time is really going too far.

They FAILED to meet investors' expectations, and have done so continuously ever since they were a public company, and probably even before then. Do you think the people who underwrote and bought into REFR's IPO ever dreamed that twenty years later the company still wouldn't have a marketable product? REFR failed those people miserably.

You really think it will be completely different this time? I can't force you to think otherwise, but don't be surprised if two years and yet another round of stock sales from now you'll be here mentally cursing your naivety back in 2001 while promising us "this time, for sure!"

By the way, if you think I'm Bill, then why wouldn't you let me accept your wager?
