Graham... You are definitely right in this sense.. it is quite a premium. I am betting that they will be sucessful by Feb 1, 2006. Some of the risk is offset by the high yield... That's still 5 years away.. most (if not all) of the premium is probably from demand for dividend paying stocks because of the tech crash. Nothing is risk free.
