Do you brew beer?

I'm a production process engineer, so brewing stuff like beer is just too easy for me -g-

Quality and quantity at low cost no problem. Depending on the type of beer I make, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 52 weeks to mature.

Some of the USA microbrewery stuff is OK...expensive usually, but the run of the mill stuff... well it's best to make your own...If you can get the ingredients at the right price. Making real beer is so easy I just do not know why the big companies are just so hell bent producing crapola.

Trouble is...in the USA brewing beer would be called a "craft" or a "project" and when it's called that folks are supposed to pay up 300% on the raw materials because it's a fun thing to do.
