Never thought of it that way. Good point. Actually, there's something to what you say. I recently spent a week of vacation with a relative who is a right-winger and big Bush supporter. He also is of the opinion that GWB ain't too bright, but is quite comfortable with the fact that Rumsfeld-Cheney-Old Man Bush are yanking Boy George's strings.

Re: affirmative action: Another curious example of right-wingers turning to "more government" to right an alleged wrong ... in this case, the college admissions process. Actually, Ron, the more I read/study/debate politics, the clearer it becomes that the Republicans are not the party of less government. Both parties want less government in some areas, more government in other areas.
