GNSS gets an upgrade one week after Baron's article suggest price may have got ahead of itself? Baron's had some good points. I treat my GNSS as a long term holding, but if I were trading it, I'd consider selling with this up bounce from the upgrade. The upgrade analyst has a price target which works out to a P/E of 41 for year '03. That's pricey.
