Vitech acquisition to double Brazilian market share! biz.yahoo.com Pro Forma, this combined company would have had EPS of 1.92. Vitech gets this market share for 14 million -- less than 1/5 of the acquired company's sales! Makes me wish I had doubled up in the 9's : )! Now, I'm considering doubling up at the current level.
