Caxton,

<< The settlement between ericy and qcom had a more to do with a little ol' court date in Texas, than any mandate from the ITU. Ericy lucked out that Qualcomm doesn't own ericy right now. >>

You know, (as Paul would say ... Jorma also if you listen carefully) there is a a wide open opportunity awaiting you.

No one has written and published a corporate history of Qualcomm.

You should do that.

You could call it "Cellular History the Qualcomm Way" or some such.

<< Eric- What does WCDMA do better than cdma2000? >>

Your question I presume relates to UTRA FDD (WCDMA) for IMT-DS, v. cdma2000 for IMT-MC for starters, or are you referring to the end to end platform, and in either case are you referring to what is currently in ITU IMT-2000 (through the revisions that will be accepted this fall, or what is planned beyond as well.

Hey. I'm answering your questions here while I should be working on getting another real digital POS across the chasm. Did you ever answer the one I asked you yesterday (that Maurice replied "No" to)?

<< You 'ol double agent. >>

LOL!
