I wonder what the story behind this is?
HOLLYWOOD, Fla., July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Arco Computer Products, LLC, a leader in the development and manufacturing of IDE RAID data protection systems, announced today that it has named Gary F. Bart as its new Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

"Arco's DupliDisk line of IDE RAID controllers is a solid product offering with significant advantages over the competition. Arco has the most comprehensive line of data protection systems for multiple platforms including: Windows, Dos, Unix, Linux, Apple, OS-2, and Novell." Mr. Bart said. "We have a great team of engineers heading up our product research and custom OEM engineering. We have some hot products in development. With our new market plan, we will deliver affordable data protection systems anyone with a computer can use. I am thrilled to be working with a company that has so much potential."

Before joining the Arco team, Mr. Bart was Director of North American Sales at MicroNet Technology, a leader in high-end SCSI-based RAID products. Several months ago, he led an $8.0 million effort by the employees of MicroNet to buy the assets of that company from its parent company, Ampex Data Systems. Before MicroNet, Gary was the President and Founder of a technology consulting firm that, after 10 successful years, was acquired by a publicly traded company.
