elephantx seems ok. 3% on cash balances, small monthly fees for accounts under $100k. Only downside is no otcbb stocks. Free limit orders are nice. Bear Sterns supposedly has a stake. The one feature they have that many do not is, no time limit on GTC orders. Most of the deep discounters orders expire after a month or two. I dont like having to reenter orders & such. SmartFees The fee is based on the account value on the Wednesday prior to the last Friday of the month.
