Pearly, What makes a good Lager? Is it the water or the hops? Malts are expensive.
I used to brew beer back in Illinois. Now in Arizona, too hot, no basement and no time.
The beer that was brewed in the late 50's aerly 60's was great as I remember.
Now I have to travel to a micro brewery down the road to enjoy a great tasting brew.
Maybe you could elaberate on the brewing process for the board.
....... But what make a beer good, and another beer taste like Cat Urine?
