Seems that netscape 6 should have fixed you up.

Q: I can't see your charts anymore! Why do I only see a blank space or a red 'X' instead of a SharpChart?

A: Our SharpCharts are created in "Portable Network Graphics (PNG)" format. This format is a completely open standard that is up to 40% smaller than other formats. The PNG standard has been approved by the official Internet standards committee (W3C) and is supported by most modern browsers. You can learn more about the PNG standard at this website.

Unfortunately, some older browsers - especially on the Macintosh - do not support PNG files properly. MS IE 4.5 for the Mac is a common culprit. Early version of Netscape 4.x under Windows also have trouble. The solution is simple - upgrade your browser to a newer version. Not only will you see our charts, but you'll have a faster, more secure web experience in general. Use the "Tools/Windows Update" command to upgrade IE. Use the "Help/Software Updates" command to upgrade Netscape.

A small number of Windows NT users have also reported problems seeing PNG files. A couple of them have reported that the problem went away when they reinstalled IE 5.x on their machine.
