Let me put it this way: Is witholding the truth a lie? Is covering up the truth a lie? Yes, these are sins of ommission. Clinton was a liar, Condit is a liar. Now Clinton and Condit have committed sins of commission as well. Do you really want to quibble about whether Bush's sins of ommission are somehow "less" of a lie or "more" honorable than the other critters you all love to hate?
