HUNT VALLEY, Md., Jul 13, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Bart S. Fisher, Chairman and
CEO of CBQ, Inc., and Wei Sun, President of Easysoft International, Inc., a
wholly-owned affiliate of CBQ, announced today that they will pursue various CBQ
projects in China during their trip to China on August 1, 2001, through August
10, 2001. The cities to be visited by the CBQ mission to China will include
Shenzhen and Beijing.

The purpose of the trip is to deepen relationships in the software field in
China with potential strategic partners, and to monitor the operations of
Easysoft International, Inc. in Beijing. Additional opportunities will be
explored in the Information Technology and telecommunications fields.

"The success of China in being awarded the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, and
the imminent entry of China into the World Trade Organization, highlight the
prominent role that China will play in the world economy," said Fisher. "CBQ
intends to be a commercial bridge between China and the United States. Our first
effort has been in the field of software development. We have used our Chinese
