john, i heard it on the "john and ken show" filling in for bill handle. it is on kfi - a west coast am station. they said a news mag was going to break the story.

i inferred it based on three pieces of information

1. levy left a "great news" e-mail with her aunt the morning she disappeared.
2. condit had a serious thing for secrecy.
3. levy turned up missing (unfortunately, i presume dead).

if he did do it, i hope he has plenty of time to think about it in prison so he can see the err of his ways.
