The M/M's always help drive a stock down prior to moving it up. The problem I see is that PLRP has some great products, a good network with a good client list. I have always been of the opinion that if they did business once with a company and the out come was successful, then they would do business with them again in the future. (They = U.S. Government, n.a.s.a. Police dept's, ) All comments welcome.
