What inspires this theft? Jealousy? Why do they need to be "handicapped"?

If you are such a fan of economic egalitarianism, why don't you move to, say, China? N. Korea? and try to get them to drive for Communism again?

There really is a balance here. The rich have lots of dollars; the poor have lots of votes. And the system set up in the Constitution was about balance, not about "negative feedback".
