The first beer I ever did drink was Dixie Beer. Good stuff too. As I got older, round 5 I guess, we switched to Falstaff cause I had a cousin who worked at the plant there. I remember one Sunday, some of my Oncles had got into a argument about which was better, Dixie or Falstaff. Most of them agreed that Falstaff did taste better but that even though Falstaff was brewed in New Orleans, it still was a Yankee owned company and they should stick with Dixie. The argument was broken when someone had the smart notion that it didn't really make a difference....free beer always tasted better!
