My reading of the charts of the indices is indecision, especially looking at the NAS monthly chart. On the NDX the stochastics just don't want to cross <g>: siliconinvestor.com On COMPX they get a little closer: siliconinvestor.com SPX is somewhere in between siliconinvestor.com and NYSE is even worse: siliconinvestor.com The McClellan Summation cna't make up its mind either: stockcharts.com It seems that many of the Elliott dudes are looking for a C of B if I got that right <g>. I guess that's what Prechter's urgent message was a little while back. Back up to 2800 and then a big crash down with the C of the main correction. I am VERY skeptical about EW though... My indicators are all on buys though. I don't plan on touching my mutual funds, a couple of Aussie stocks or superannuation whatever happens (well I can't touch the latter while I'm still in this job, which isn't long). Actually I'm adding to the core portfolio. David
