June 16, 1997 Agreement with Novacom Inc. Has Been Altered CANCALL CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS INC. ("CLE-V;CCCAF-L") - Agreement with Novacom Inc. Has Been Altered Eric Cardey, CEO and Director of Cancall Cellular Communications Inc. wishes to announce that the agreement with Novacom Inc. of Los Angeles, California announced April 15th, 1997 has been altered so that Novacom will now be contracting with Cancall to market Cancall's pre-paid equipment. Cancall will not be selling its pre-paid division. The Company also wishes to announce that the private placement announced May 30, 1997 should have read 1,600,000 units at $0.25 per unit consisting of one share and one warrant exercisable at $0.25 in the first year and $0.30 in the second year.
