I'm really getting bored repeating this, but the English teacher's grammatical analysis was already referred to early on this thread. I've indicated that I've seen it; it's a joke and that if you want to throw it back at me, save your time and mine. English grammar analysis, what a farce.

The Supreme Court in US vs. Miller, considers a bevy of documents of the Framers, their thoughts, their basis, and the background that led to the Bill of Rights, specifically the 2nd amendment. And you cough up a grammar analysis.

You're beginning to convince me that you've never read US vs. Miller. You certainly don't seem to understand it's contents.

It's no wonder that you think that there has been no case of the Court that addresses the 2nd Amendment when you believe such a case would try to decide whether the 2nd Amendment is Constitutional. [see your earlier post.]
