The filing was rejected. I believe that the SEC will not approve the request until certain things have been done. The first is that the stock has to trade at more than $3.00 per some period of time. There is also the problem of the trouble with the Vancouver exchange and the charges of pumping the stock. At that time there was nothing to back up any stock price. This has been settled. I don't know what the SEC thinks about the stock swap for the escrow shares.
