Several places. This is out of an article from last year. ebnonline.com
But plans change. Still, at the AMD Dog And Pony Show that I went to in June, they were still saying integrated northbridge on all the Hammers and HT for the link to the southbridge. FWIW, SledgeHammer is to have a 128 bit DDR memory interface...
