There is no Nasdaq "Technology" Index. The November 1993 creation of the Biotechnology and Computer Indices, and the reconstitution of the Utilities Index as the Telecommunications Index, were intended to help investors better track some of the key sectors of Nasdaq. nasdaq.ibes.com dynamic.nasdaq.com The QQQ is your best measure of the overall NASDAQ technology sector. I'm sure there is a list of top 10 most widely held NASDAQ stocks. I'll post the list if that is what you are looking for. (after I find it) g
