Charts show that the Bovespa is way up from the lows of several years ago (about 14,000 vs 8,000 in late 1998) while TBH appears to be hitting record lows since the conversion. Is there an easy explanation for this disparity? Are the phone companies cheap based on earnings. Thanks, -Z
