Just like your hero, McSquealy, can't delay forever the onslaught of inexpensive wintel servers knocking the cr@p out of SUNW's bloated margins. I'll bet Scotty boy is on the phone every day, begging the EU regulators, DOJ, AG's, etc., to save SUNW from the competition. I hope SUNW stock gets up to around $20 again so I can short the pig down to single digits.

You don't seem to get it, along with some others posting on this thread, but the whole anti-trust farce is about protection for MSFT's competitors and extortion of $$'s, not consumer interest. As NM Attorney General Madrid said: "It is time to settle this case and move forward. Microsoft has been one of the primary engines driving the 'new economy' and has delivered significant benefits to our nation's citizens..". Polls taken show that the majority of Americans agree.
