note that Vannessa and KRY have a mutual director. So perhaps there is some prospect of a three-way deal with the juniors and a major. I also have heard that Placer will be announcing a major acquisition this week. a deposit, not a company.

Re Aussies. Typically their year end is june 30 which is why you are getting old numbers. There are sites in Aus that give the more recent securities exchange reports but I have not found a free one yet.
