but honestly, HOV privileges are about 30th on any meaningful list of 30 incentives
tax credits work best
e.g.
spend an extra $8000 on some hyped hybrid
get a $4000 tax credit on next year's IRS take

but, it is good to see the pinheaded politicians talking up the nextgen of cars
