yes Ronnie, I'm glad he is released. Btw, do you think winning the Olympics in 2008 had anything to do with the timing of this "conviction"? no, I don't think so. Sports is sports, and politics is politics. I agree with some of the US athletes here who desparately want to compete in Beijing Olympics. They don't want their dreams being killed with nasty politics. Are you going to attend the Beijing Olympics in China ? Wondering why China didn't bid for 2004 Olympics ... Because "4" sounds as "death" in Chinese and "8" sounds as "wealth". Btw, I heard the Bay Area California will bid for 2012 Olympics, competing with Moscow. It will be a good battle. Q
