Does the mother have the right to experiment on a 9 month old fetus? I've never heard of such a thing. It would be a difficult endeavor for the mother. Are you maybe suggesting that other people experiement with the fetus while it is in the womb? It's already being done with such surgery as closing holes in the heart. Harvesting organs? I don't know, I would think that would require thought and regulation, but there is not much difference between taking a stem cell from a few day old fetus and a liver from a several month old fetus.
