Telstra/PCCW's jv increases bid for MobileOne - report 2001-07-14 Terms and Conditions Telstra Corp and Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd's 60/40 joint venture, Regional Wireless Co, has increased its offer for MobileOne to about 1.6 bln usd from 1.2 bln, including the offer of a convertible note that would convert into Regional Wireless shares, the Australian Financial Review reported. The report said MobileOne's owners have rejected earlier bids from Regional Wireless and Maxis Communications of Malaysia.
