Emmylou show: Well it was just marvelous! She is a rock and roll star..WOW! She played an acoustic...dude named Buddy Miller on electric and mandolin...he was one bad mofo. Great young bass and drums. They start off these tunes in a country-fied fashion and work them into these rollicking jams ...She was in great voice and you could tell she loved Austin (she mentioned it several times)..Patty Griffin hopped onstage for 2 tunes..one of which was her excellent "One Big Love", which Emmylou covers on Red Dirt Girl It was the kind of show I could go see 3 nights in a row..rated a 4 on the goosebump meter
