I've been on vacation. So I could check the web only intermittently. But...

It appears that the nails are been driven into the coffin of federal internet gambling bans. Reality is setting in that a ban is technologically & legally impossible, that internet gambling should be decided by each state like brick and mortar gambling, that a majority of Americans approve of gambling as a source of state revenues, and that the states need this option to raise revenues as the recession deepens.

Protestors against a state income tax in TN. recently vandalized the state capitol. I think TN. will be considering a lottery soon.
