Dan, <<<Sanders has proven himself to be brilliant at timing the semi cycle (during the past few years, at least).

He hasn't been what I'd call a shining star while speaking during the earnings reports.>>>

Why are you so enamored of this guy? You work harder than any PR person I know and you do a much better job than most. You are almost a 24/7 PR person. Sanders couldn't pay enough for what you do for him. The question I have is, why?

Jerry Sanders has a long track record. Jerry Sanders rewards himself before he rewards shareholders. There is a history where when AMD was losing money and share prices plummeted, Jerry Sanders was very generously rewarded. He has done this more than once. There is a history of second in command at AMD, with everyone leaving not on good terms.

Why can't you find a more deserving person to promote? You have a lot to contribute, but Jerry Sanders does not seem to be a person that is deserving the passion and the loyalty that you are so capable of.

Perhaps I am all wrong about Jerry Sanders. Perhaps you could straighten me out. Just what is it about this person that seem to attract such zealous support from so many people? So many people want to see him rewarded monetarily personally regardless what happens to shareholders.

Mary
