I agree, the accountants are trying to run the world.
My father in law worked for Pabst in the late 70's early 80's in Peoria Heights Illinois. As the company progressed and picked up different labels, (i.e Blatz, P.B.R and red, white and blue brand) Thew beer became weaker. Beer making has gone from an art to a mass produced ,sales oriented business. With the micro brewery we now have the art of making beer back in the mix . I think that once the competition is felt we may see better beers from the mass manufacturers.
Lets at least hope so.
