Books about TA is something that I won't be much help with because I have never read any. I have found over time that I learn abstract things like technical analysis by using the hands on approach.

I learned what I know strictly from Internet educational pages on the subject of TA. Most people make the subject more complicated in their mind than it really is. I recommend that you use the three links below and learn how to read the following indicators;

Stochastic ( The single best entry and exit indicator )
MACD
Williams R%
Money Flow

Candlesticks ( I place as very important to know what a single daily candle means)

Two excellent learning resources are listed below. I would also include Teresa Lo's education links but I don't know their location at present.
