Royal Financial Corporation New Ticker Symbol 'PMCY' and Name Change To
Patriot Motorcycle Corporation Effective Monday July 16, 2001
CORONA, Calif., Jul 13, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Royal Financial
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ROYF), a manufacturer of motorcycles and
accessories, announced today that it has been notified by the National
Association of Security Dealers (NASD) OTC compliance department that effective
with the start of trading on Monday July 16, 2001, it shares will trade on the
OTC bulletin Board under the new trading symbol 'PMCY'. Royal Financial
announced on July 12 that its name would change to Patriot Motorcycle
Corporation and that it would effect a one for ten reverse stock split. The name
change and reverse stock split will also be effective Monday, July 16.
