Just received an unsolicited fax on CDDD from Market News Alert with a Strong Buy.
Also note that Market News was paid 85000 shares of CDDD by Windburn Advisory
Group to reprint and distribute the report.

Sounds like the "PUMP" is on.

3:14pm 07/13/01 Selling in Constellation 3D accelerates (CDDD) By Michael Baron
Constellation 3D (CDDD) is plunging $1.28, or 32.6 percent, to $2.70, on heavy
volume of 1.8 million. Earlier in the session, the shares plumbed a 52-week low of $2.46.
The stock has lost almost 50 percent in the past three sessions. Dow Jones News
Service ran a story Thursday on the stock's movement, noting that the company changed
the terms of a secondary offering in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission
Wednesday. The story said the change allows "a group of selling shareholders to
immediately exercise 228,585 one-year warrant shares." A company spokesman told
CBS MarketWatch that Constellation 3D has "an issue with the Dow story" and
that the assertion that the change allows the warrant holders to sell immediately is
incorrect. The spokesman did acknowledge the change in the offering, which amended
the exercise price on the warrants in question to one penny from $10.15 and reduced the
amount of stock to potentially be sold to 2.73 million from 3.25 million, but said that the
warrant shares have yet to be registered for sale.

Looks like the Pumpers are defending the dump. Typical.
