Oh boy!!! I hope these dumb directors behind APQ will continue to wait(until they drop) for the Chinese government to participate in developing this potash project. Sinochem is a Chinese state-owned company and Chinese governments don't involve in any economic
activity these days because of the market economy reform. No wonder APQ's mgnt has never got any response from the Chinese government.
