I just listened to Pollitt. It is exactly why I am long Black Hawk Mining, BHK on TSE, a small producer about 80,000 ounces a year. It's trading at at 4 times earnings and 2 times cash flow at current gold prices. It has several other properties which would need $350 gold to get going like most explorers but it's a cash generating machine at current prices. If gold stays same price for 2 years as Pollitt thinks could happen, BHK would have a pile of cash in its treasury. If gold lifts off to $500 the exploration properties would give a huge upside.
