Now lets see, Chechnya is recognised as Russia by World community, partially because it is (USSR) former superpower
but mostly because Russia managed to keep it for so long...Bosnia on the other hand is not (because there is no dictator Tito) Serbia has a lot more rights on Bosnia than Russia on Chechnya....
