Condit's not in prison... He's walking freely about, not even charged yet However, reasonable minds can evaluate the circumstances and draw tentative conclusions. Ultimately it will be for the authorities to decide whether there is reasonable cause to arrest him and the courts will decide guilt or innocence and of course he will be provided full protection of his rights under the constitution.... The assumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Just trying to reason here. <vbg>
