shlomi, thanks very much, I like VOCLF also. I think both these companies can do great in the future,I am very high on Israeli technology and their engineers,it may be a small country with a small market,but they are getting some of the finest Eastern Bloc engineers in the world. Shlomi if you find out anything about HLIT please feel free to post it,I know you are well respected around here and your opinions carry great weight. Hiram
