Ha, you wish. Read the rest of the article and the followup comments - he had a bad power supply.

Now consider that P4 still has trouble with many PCI cards - a working power supply doesn't solve those problems.

I take it that you are convinced that Intel needs to recall the entire P4 platform, or risk damaging its reputation so badly that it may be impossible to recover.
